Air India has launched eZ Booking, an innovative AI-driven feature designed to revolutionize online reservations. Initially available to Maharaja Club members, the tool simplifies the booking process by allowing users to communicate their travel needs through text or voice commands, eliminating the need for navigating multiple screens.

Powered by Agentic AI, eZ Booking mimics human travel agents by understanding natural language and creating tailored itineraries. Users can finalize or modify their plans seamlessly, offering a fast and user-friendly experience. “This is an industry-leading initiative to elevate digital customer experiences,” said Dr. Satya Ramaswamy, Chief Digital and Technology Officer, Air India.
