CM of Assam alleges intruders are trained in Jharkhand madrasas before elections

As the time for the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly Elections draws near, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma made grave accusations against the state’s educational establishments. According to the chief minister of Assam, an internal letter from the Jharkhand government acknowledged that some madarsas engage in illegal operations like giving illegal training and allowing intruders to obtain Aadhar cards.

In light of the impending elections, CM Sarma made these vehement remarks. He expressed optimism about the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) chances in the Santhal Pargana area, promising that if the BJP wins power, the National Register of Citizens (NRC) would be established there. In addition, the chief minister of Assam called for Jharkhand Minister Irfan Ansari to be removed from office. CM Sarma requested Hemant Soren, the chief minister of Jharkhand, to act swiftly against his cabinet minister for making divisive comments on Shibhu Soren’s daughter-in-law, Sita Soren.
