Coca-Cola Launches ‘Coca-Cola Foodmarks’ in India, Honoring Raj Kapoor

Coca-Cola India has launched Coca-Cola Foodmarks in India, part of its “A Recipe for Magic” global campaign. These Foodmarks celebrate global food landmarks, featuring the perfect moment, meal, and ice-cold Coca-Cola. The campaign aims to cherish the perfect moments, meals, and the refreshing taste of Coca-Cola, which will soon be enjoyed in more Indian cities and neighborhoods.


The launch event in India was held at the iconic Embassy restaurant in Connaught Place, Delhi, featuring Bollywood personalities Janhvi Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor, who honored legendary Raj Kapoor. The highlight was a timeless photograph of Raj Kapoor and a Coke bottle. Kaushik Prasad, Senior Director – Marketing, Coca-Cola INSWA said, “We are thrilled to introduce Coca-Cola Foodmarks in India, a country known for its rich culinary heritage and vibrant food culture”.


The event recreated Raj Kapoor’s on-set meal moments in the 1950s Bollywood golden age through an immersive film set with tech-forward interactive moments using AI. Guests were treated to an interactive Coca-Cola experience, with filmy decor, special photo backdrops, stardom posters, and a musical stairway. Kapoor stars entered in vintage cars, and local influencers and dignitaries also participated in the magic of Coca-Cola Foodmarks.
