Godrej Industries Group has forged an alliance with the Bhamla Foundation to launch the #BhoomiNamaskar campaign, marking a significant step towards World Environment Day 2024. The campaign kickstarted with a tree plantation drive at Jamnabai Narsee International School, symbolizing the commitment to plant 10,000 trees across Mumbai schools over the next six months.
This initiative, rooted in the UN’s theme of “Generation Restoration,” underscores the urgency of collective action in addressing land degradation and promoting sustainability.The launch event drew notable figures such as Amruta Fadnavis, Jairaj Thacker, Karan Kundra, Esha Deol, and Jackie Shroff, amplifying the campaign’s message of environmental responsibility.
