Godrej Vikhroli Cucina, in partnership with the Food Bloggers Association of India (FBAI), hosted the India Food & Beverage Awards (IFBA) 2024 at Seven Rivers, Taj Holiday Village, Goa. The event celebrated leaders in India’s culinary ecosystem, awarding 155 winners across 11 main categories and 33 sub-categories, including media, PR, hospitality, and education.
Chef SanjyotKeer was honoured with the Outstanding Contribution to the Hospitality and Culinary Industry award, while Kalyan Karmakar received the FBAI Star title. Godrej Foods featured experiential installations like the Godrej Jersey Yogurt Wall and Sweet Shack, alongside a Thanksgiving Grazing Table. The event also marked the launch of STTEM 2.0: India’s Frozen Snacks Report, spotlighting evolving snacking trends driven by convenience and emotion.

With an expanding market for premium snacks and culinary trends, platforms like IFBA inspire local entrepreneurs and brands to innovate and capture the region’s growing consumer interest in gourmet offerings.
