Chennai-based real estate firm Casagrand announced that it will send 1,000 employees on a week-long, fully-funded trip to London under its annual Profit Share Bonanza reward programme. Over the years, more than 6,000 staff have participated in similar trips to destinations such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, and Spain. The company said these journeys have often been described by employees as life-changing experiences that strengthened their sense of belonging.
The London trip will bring together staff from India and Dubai, with participants traveling in multiple groups. Planned activities include an audio-guided tour of Windsor Castle, exploring Camden’s streets and markets, a gala dinner at the InterContinental London, and visits to iconic landmarks like St Paul’s Cathedral, London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and Madame Tussauds, concluding with a River Thames cruise.
Arun Mn, Founder and MD, highlighted that the initiative celebrates the workforce and promotes shared success, often allowing first-time international travel for employees. Casagrand, established in 2003, has completed over 160 projects spanning 53 million sq ft of residential space.
