India’s largest-ever delegation at WorldSkills 2024 received a significant morale boost from Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Minister of State (I/C), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). During his visit to the competition in Lyon, France, Chaudhary, accompanied by Secretary MSDE Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari, engaged with 60 Indian competitors excelling in 52 diverse skill categories, from robotics and web development to culinary arts and chemical lab technology. The Minister praised the competitors’ dedication, highlighting their exemplary performance against global teams from Germany, France, and China.

His interactions included discussions with global leaders, including Zimbabwe’s Minister of Skills Audit and Development, exploring enhanced international cooperation in skill development.
