The final day of campaigning for the Lok Sabha elections took an unexpected turn in Laharighat constituency as a supporter suffered a leg injury while dancing at an election rally led by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

The incident occurred during the spirited campaign event where Chief Minister Sarma was advocating for BJP candidate Suresh Bora, contesting from the Nagaon Lok Sabha constituency.
