The 12-month Post Graduate Diploma in Relationship Management will train banking aspirants in customer experience and culminate in securing anassured* job asa Branch Relationship Manager (Deputy Manager) at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
The Kotak NextGen Bankers Programme aims to meet the evolving banking industry needs and preferences by providing comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training by banking experts and leaders. The programme will incubate talent into Kotak Mahindra Bank’s culture and industry-recognized processes, ensuring the bank delivers delightful customer-centric services. The Kotak NextGen Bankers Programme is a 4-month residential classroom training at Manipal Academy of BFSI’s Bengaluru campus, followed by a 2-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) and a 6-month internship at a Kotak Mahindra bank branch in India. The program covers key banking concepts, mentorship in Relationship Management, and in-person guidance through assigned projects. Kotak Mahindra bank provides financial assistance through stipends and an assured bonus.
