Adding to the gold tally, Sonamika Brahma triumphed in the under-53 kg girls’ category.
Beijing Swargiary and Prizu Narzary also contributed significantly, securing two silver medals. The Kokrajhar District Taekwondo Association celebrated these achievements with a special event, led by general secretary Nikunjoy Mushahary and coach Darshanita Bhorali.
In a further boost to their promising careers, the four gold medalists—Tanishree Brahma, Dhriti Nath, Himani Rai, and Sonamika Brahma—have been selected for an international coaching camp in Hong Kong, China.
