Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (KMBL) announced the appointment of Jaideep Hansraj as Group President – One Kotak. This marks a pivotal move towards leveraging the Group’s financial conglomerate model and delivering holistic propositions to customers. Jaideep will lead a cultural shift to foster collaboration and internal synergies at Kotak Securities. Shripal Shah, currently President and COO at Kotak Securities, will become the new Managing Director & CEO, subject to approvals. Jaideep will start his new role on April 1, 2024.
Jaideep, with over three decades of experience, is set to lead Kotak’s transformation journey by identifying and executing opportunities for the company. He has built and scaled various businesses collaboratively, demonstrating the importance of a One Kotak mindset.
Shripal, the new leader for Kotak Securities, is also a welcome addition to the organization’s talent pool. Jaideep Hansrajsaid, “I look forward to pursuing new avenues of growth and collaboration across our businesses.
