The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has announced the launch of Special Campaign 4.0, running from October 2 to October 31, 2024. This initiative is designed to reinforce cleanliness (Swachhata) and tackle administrative backlog across various government offices, including field and outstation sites, under the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG).
The campaign will involve a preparatory phase from September 16 to September 30, followed by the implementation phase. Previous efforts under Special Campaign 3.0 saw MSDE address 2,305 public grievances and conduct around 2,000 cleanliness drives, moving towards a paperless office by reviewing 175 e-files.
In Guwahati, the campaign is anticipated to enhance local administrative efficiency and transparency, fostering a more favorable business environment and improving service delivery in the region’s burgeoning market.
