Nissan Motor India has launched the all-new GRAVITE, a seven-seater MPV priced at an introductory ₹5.65 lakh (ex-showroom), marking the first product under the company’s renewed product offensive and signalling a strategic push to strengthen its presence in India.

Manufactured locally at the Chennai facility, the GRAVITE is designed for modern Indian families with flexible seating configurations ranging from two to seven occupants, luggage capacity of up to 625 litres, and over 30 standard safety features including six airbags, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, Hill-Start Assist and Brake Assist. The MPV features Nissan’s signature ‘C’ design language, LED lighting elements, modular interiors, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, digital instrument cluster and wireless charging.

Powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine delivering fuel efficiency of up to 19.6 km/l, the vehicle is available with manual and AMT transmission options and five colour choices, alongside a limited launch edition offering premium comfort and technology features.

Nissan said the model underscores its long-term commitment to India, supported by expanding dealer networks across Tier-I and Tier-II cities and an upcoming multi-segment product roadmap aimed at driving sustained market growth.
