Nissan India launches flood relief program with free towing, repair discounts and insurance support

Nissan Motor India has announced a comprehensive flood support initiative for customers whose vehicles have been affected by recent floods across multiple regions. The program underscores the company’s strong customer-first approach and aims to minimize disruption for vehicle owners through a range of value-added services.

The relief package includes a dedicated flood helpdesk (1800 209 3456), free towing of affected vehicles to the nearest authorized service center, extended workshop hours, and full assistance with insurance claims, including excess clause fee support. Customers will also receive a 10% discount on engine oil and oil filter replacements, and an additional 10% off on floor carpet replacements. A complete vehicle health check-up is also being offered to ensure continued safety and performance.

In Guwahati, where floods have significantly impacted vehicle owners, local Nissan dealerships have ramped up operations. With extended service hours and quicker claim processing, the program is expected to ease customer distress and boost service center footfall in the region.
