Nissan launches major support initiative for flood-affected vehicles across India

Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has announced a significant support package for customers impacted by recent floods across India. The company has established a dedicated helpdesk to manage inquiries and provide free Roadside Assistance (RSA), including towing services to authorized Nissan service centers. Additionally, Nissan is waiving insurance claim process fees up to INR 1000 for flood-damaged vehicles.

The initiative also includes a 10% discount on engine oil and oil filter replacements, floor carpet replacements, and a detailed vehicle health check-up at authorized workshops for the next two months. This comprehensive support is designed to ease the financial burden on customers and ensure timely recovery for their vehicles.
