Nissan Motor India announced crossing an export milestone of 1.1million units since the start of its export operations. This is a crucial accomplishment for the company and a true reflection of Nissan’s‘Make in India, Make for the World’ philosophy. On 29 June 2024, the company successfully exported 1.1 million units, with Nissan Magnite being the milestone unit exported at Ennore Kamarajar Port, Tamil Nadu.
In June 2024, the company reported a cumulative wholesale of 10,284 units, with a YoY growth of 76.3% and a MoM growth of 65.7%. Export wholesale accounted for 8177 units in June 2024, with YoY growth of 149% and MoM growth of 104%&domestic wholesale accounted for 2107 units in June 2024. Mr. Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India, said, “We congratulate and thank the entire team for achieving this glorious& significant milestone”.
