NSDC and Axis My India join forces to bridge skill gaps across India

In a major step towards strengthening India’s skill development landscape, the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) has entered into a partnership with Axis My India, a leading consumer intelligence company. This collaboration will leverage data-driven insights to identify and address skill gaps across the country, with a special focus on underserved regions. The initiative aims to enhance the participation rates in skill development programs and assess their outcomes in terms of employability and socio-economic upliftment.

By utilizing Axis My India’s expertise in real-time research and data analytics, NSDC plans to better align training programs with market demands, ensuring they meet the needs of various industries. The partnership will also conduct baseline surveys to evaluate current skill levels, beneficiary participation, and industry requirements, laying the groundwork for future assessments.
