National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MentorKart and IIT Guwahati to launch a Post Graduate Certification Program in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning to make them employable and industry ready.
The initiative aims to introduce credit-based certification courses in advanced skills, facilitating their smooth transition into internships and employment within the technology sector. The MoU was exchanged between Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO, NSDC and MD of NSDC International, and Ashish Khare, CEO, MentorKart- a Career and JobTech platform. Commenting on the partnership, Shri Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO, NSDC and MD,NSDC International said, “This initiative of India’s First Outcome-Driven Microcredit Course in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning will further empower aspiring tech enthusiasts to embark on a transformative journey towards unparalleled career excellence.”
The program, backed by industry experts, offers curriculum relevance and real-world project opportunities. It offers flexible learning options with micro-credentials, aligned with NCVET and NSQF guidelines, and a Campus Immersion option for a one-week practical learning experience.
