Škoda Auto India announces Ranveer Singh as first-ever brand superstar

Škoda Auto India has appointed Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh as its first-ever “Brand Superstar,” marking a significant milestone in its 25-year journey in India. This collaboration aligns with Škoda’s new strategy focused on expanding into new markets with people-centric campaigns. The announcement follows the recent launch of Škoda’s sub-4-metre SUV, the Kylaq.

Petr Janeba, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said, “Ranveer Singh’s dynamic persona perfectly reflects Škoda’s passion and ethos as we drive into a new era. This partnership strengthens our connection with customers as we expand our footprint in India.” Ranveer Singh added, “Škoda’s diverse and exciting product portfolio caters to India’s growing market. Škoda aims to expand its network to 350 touchpoints by 2025, with a target of selling 100,000 cars annually by 2026. The brand also showcased key models like the Enyaq EV, Elroq, and Kodiaq at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 to reinforce its commitment to the Indian market.
